PLLC Witraktor as an authorized Caterpillar representative in Lithuania performs warranty and post warranty service of machines and engines. The technical personnel at PLLC Witraktor are prepared and certified in accordance with Caterpillar's special training program. All technical servicing is performed in precise order using modern equipment for diagnostics and special tools. The maintenance department's stock always contains parts and materials necessary to perform servicing of Caterpillar machines. If large quantities of parts or materials are needed that are not in stock, they can be delivered within 1-2 workdays from the distribution stock in Finland.
